Patient Conversations Across Cultural Boundaries

A pilot seminar on intercultural communication in conversations with patients was met with great approval by participants in Graz on 11 January.

Until now, healthcare staff have been left to cope with these daily challenges on their own. Transcultural Campaigning has now developed a half-day training module in collaboration with Birgit Hochreiter Consulting that provides explanatory patterns and tips for everyday practice. In 2025, Austria is finally catching up with what has long been a standard part of medical training in other countries.
